Future Travel — Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:

YOU ARE ENTERING A BINDING CONTRACT. MAKE NO USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS. YOU MAY SUBMIT PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS OR OPT-OUTS TO US IN WRITING BEFORE MOVING FORWARD. THESE TERMS LIMIT YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION IN CASE OF A DISPUTE. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

These terms ("Terms") apply to communications from Future Travel ("we," "our," or "us") regarding our products, services, and promotions. The specific partners or agencies you interact with through our website are collectively referred to as "Partner."

You acknowledge that telephone calls, online chats, and any other communications with or on behalf of Future Travel may be monitored or recorded. You consent to such recording and monitoring.

Arbitration Agreement

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, all disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than a court of law. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST FUTURE TRAVEL OR ITS PARTNERS.
